JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 379, 384, 385, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 24.09.2015 the informant being Medical Officer was in his clinic when he was called for treatment through whatsapp by Madam Rinku when the informant was examining her, the petitioners came, locked the door and on pistol point snatched mobile, gold chain and forced him to sign on the plain paper on 24.09.2015. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 24.09.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 01.10.2015 when the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55735 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 petitioners' side filed informatory petition against the informant on 22.09.2015.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the informatory petition filed at earlier point of time by the petitioners' side, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(M) P.S.
