Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karuna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the petitioner has become successful in obtaining the job of Panchayat Teacher by producing forged and fabricated mark sheet.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27581 of 2022(5) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 that the petitioner has left his services and he has also sent his resignation to the Head Master by registered post, but he has not accepted the same.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner has left his job, let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karuna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
