15-04-2015 Heard Mr. K.M.Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5 as well as Sri Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for Accountant General, Bihar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best effort, he could not obtain any further instruction, though the case was adjourned earlier twice to ascertain instruction, in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit. In the counter affidavit, which has been filed in the month of July, 2009, it was indicated that the pay-scale of the petitioner has already been revised.

In view of facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served in keeping the matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.15132 of 2007 (4) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 pending further.

The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner still feels that any grievance exists, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
