====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard Sri Vivekanand Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Binita Singh, learned GP No. 31. This is the second attempt by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to absorb him in regular establishment. Earlier, for the same relief, the petitioner had filed a writ petition vide CWJC No. 12466 of 1996, which was disposed of on 7.9.1998 without granting any relief to the petitioner, rather the court had observed that the petitioner can not claim to be regularized in service since requirement of the worker was seasonal in nature.

Keeping in view the fact that for the same relief earlier the petitioner approached this court and no relief was granted, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15198 of 2007 (4) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 court is of the opinion that at subsequent stage no such relief can be granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
