Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, 44.9 liter liquor is said to have been recovered but the aforesaid recovery was made from a field of one Mahadev Pandit. The petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P. S. Case No. 105 of 2018.
