2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 708 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation, He has participated in the conspiracy and execution of the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2023. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This bail application is rejected.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender within one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30562 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 week from today, failing which the police will take all coercive steps to arrest the accused.

6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Hajipur, Vaishali through FAX/ e-mail for its compliance and the compliance report will send to this Court within four weeks.
