For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Sinha Mr. Sushil Kumar For the Respondent/s : AC to AAG-6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4.
22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 6.
The petitioner, who admittedly retired w.e.f.
31-05-1997 by filing the present writ petition in the month of September, 2007 i.e. after more than ten years of his retirement, has prayed to direct the respondents to grant first time bound promotion and re-fix his pension.
On record, there is only one representation filed by the petitioner, which too appears to have been filed by the petitioner on 15-08-2007.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on an order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2070 of 2002 disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.12316 of 2007 (4) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 of on 16-12-2004 and submits that in identical situation the writ petition of other person was allowed and as such, the petitioner deserves the same relief.
The Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner slumbered over the matter for about ten years, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere with the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
