1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays for grant of 1st, 2nd & 3rd A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. The respondents have filed their reply and have stated that they had sought certain clarification whereafter, the petitioner was sanctioned 1st, 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. along with grade pay of Rs. 2,400/- which was earlier granted to him with grade pay of Rs. 1,900/-. The orders were passed on 20th February, 2014.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders should have been passed much earlier and the corrections
Patna High Court CWJC No.21824 of 2013(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 have been made in 2014. The petitioner should be granted the benefit of interest on the said amount.
4. I have considered the submission, the Court is satisfied that the error which occurred, has been rectified within a period of one year. Earlier the order was passed on 30th June, 2013 which has been corrected on 20th February, 2014 and therefore, no interest is required to be paid to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the facts that the grievance has already been redressed. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) lata/- Item No. 24 U
