Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 As per prosecution case, 1 liter country made liquor has been recovered from the orchard named Bir Bagh Singh Garden.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
