The respondent-Patna Municipal Corporation is directed to take up the follow up action in terms of Annexure-3 and release the funds in favour of the legal heirs. Let such payments be done within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
