Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Submission is that from the outer house of the petitioner meant for keeping fodder, liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the submission that the place of recovery is accessible by outsiders of others, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
