JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the respondents to grant benefit of 2nd Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) to the petitioner's father namely Late Baleshwar Sah and to pay its consequential benefits to the petitioner as he is legal heir of deceased employee namely Baleshwar Sah."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19299 of 2015(2) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 respondent-State has referred to paragraph no. 9 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, to submit that the case of the father of the petitioner late Baleshwar Sah pertaining to grant of the benefits of the second ACP has already been processed and referred to the Finance Department vide letter dated 02.07.2014, hence, in case the benefits of 2nd ACP has not yet been granted, the same shall be granted within a period of four weeks from today, after considering the merits of the case of the father of the petitioner.

It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
