JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 318 of 2017 dated 06.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 353, 427, 341, 342, 114, 115 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to be part of a mob which prevented the Police Party and the Government Functionaries in preparing the Inquest Report of two persons who had died in a road accident. It has been alleged in the F.I.R that while the Inquest Report was being prepared on the road, the petitioner and others collected huge crowd and started raising slogans against the Police and District Administration. Only with the help and intervention of Superior Police Officers that the crowd could be dispersed.
