The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for a direction to the respondents concern to pay the Medical Reimbursement to the petitioner whose mother was employee of the respondent company on the post of peon posted at Electric Supply Division Industrial Area Hajipur at Vaishali and died during the treatment of diseases on 17.11.2018. The petitioner has has submitted all the documents of medical treatment along with
Patna High Court CWJC No.11689 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 expenditure before the respondent office but the same has not been paid till date without any reason."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a claim for reimbursement of medical expenses qua her deceased-mother, which is annexed as Annexure-5 to the present writ petition, hence the same be directed to be disposed off by the respondent-authorities. It is directed, accordingly.

It is needless to state that the claim filed by the petitioner for reimbursement of medical expenses qua her deceased mother, in case the same has been filed and is pending, shall be disposed off by the respondents, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this Court. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
