JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 1.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 9803 of 2020, though encroachment proceedings has been initiated by the Circle Officer, Dandari, Begusarai, vide Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2022-23, however neither the same has been concluded nor the encroachment in question has stood removed till date.

Th learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the aforesaid encroachment proceeding would definitely be concluded within a period of six weeks from today and in case, it is found that encroachment has been made over public /

Patna High Court MJC No.1109 of 2023(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Government land, the same shall be removed within the same time frame. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that in case, the aforesaid encroachment proceedings are not concluded and consequential action is not taken, if so warranted within a period of six weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Dandari, Begusarai shall not draw his salary.

Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, in case the same does not stand redressed even after lapse of six months, by taking recourse to the due process of law.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
