JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-06-2016 Writ application is required to be disposed of in view of the settlement of the medical bill and its reimbursement and payment to the petitioner, which is evident from the material brought in the supplementary counter affidavit, served and filed today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a variance in the settlement as well as the actual amount so raised. If the petitioner finds infirmities in the settlement, he can surely agitate the matter before the competent authority. The Court will not hesitate in recording that no bills are required to be settled on as is where is basis. The modality as well as the authorization in terms of the medical reimbursement rules as well as the rate fixed by the
