JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the cold-drink shop of the petitioner 22 bottles of beer were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was never been roped in any other case. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.
Considering the nature of recovery, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 295 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
