2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 354(D), 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have uploaded and made viral obscene photographs and videos of the daughter of informant. It is further alleged that petitioner also demanded Rs. 5 lacs from informant.
