A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 in which it has been stated that the name of the petitioner finds mentioned in the district panel which was prepared on 08.12.2008 and revised on 28.06.2010. The writ application does not set out all relevant facts and as such it is difficult for this Court to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner after making submission at some length seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ application in order to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance in the light of the statements made in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15074 of 2007 (5) dt.27-04-2015 2 / 2 counter affidavit.
The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
