The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379,411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft in train. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.1.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barauni Rail, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018.
