Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Some unknown person came to the brick-kilns of the informant and demanded ransom and thereafter, fired to create havoc.

Submission is that though the petitioner and some others were arrested at the spot, however, nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.02.2019.

No.26898 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Town Police Station Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
