The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 113/2017 dated 07.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 353, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have led a mob of 100 people in the office of the Circle Officer, Panapur, Saran, while she was engaged in disposing off the work relating to flood relief. It has also been alleged that because of the action of the miscreants, she had to hide herself beneath the office table and she could anyhow save her life.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a false case has been lodged against the petitioner. He is a student of Diploma in Elementary Education of the Session 2017-2019 from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4423 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 National Institute of Open Schooling and only because he had instructed/advised the local aggrieved persons about their rights, he has been made accused in the present case.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and taking into account the fact that he is a student, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 113/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
