The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 128 of 2011 registered under Sections 384 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He is a man of clean antecedent. Further submission is that in this case, after investigation, the final form has already been submitted. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
