1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a) For issuance of a writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 5.2.15, passed in service appeal case no. 345/2014, by resp. no. 2 (as contained in Ann-3), whereby and whereunder the resp. no. 2 has affirmed the order dated 20.4.14, passed in Case No.28/2014, by resp. no. 4, as contained in Ann- 2, by which, the resp. no. 2 has terminated the service of petitioner from the post of Sevika of Anganwadi Centre no. 153, situated at village Bagahi, Dusadh Tola, P.O- Bagahi, P.S. Jogapatti, Dist.- West Champaran.

b) The petitioner further prays for issuance of an

Patna High Court CWJC No.7298 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 writ/ or writs, in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.9.2014, passed in case no.28/2014, passed by the resp. no.4 (as contained in Ann-2) by which, the resp. no.4 has passed the order of termination of the petitioner from the aforesaid post by passing the illegal and over reaching order. c) For issuance of an appropriate writ /or writs, order / or orders, direction /or directions, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstant the petitioner on the said post with all consequential benefit(s)."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
