Petitioner claims to have retired on January, 2006 as Reader in the department from C. M. Science College, Darbhanga, constituent unit of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. However, it is submitted that his post-retiral benefits have not been paid as yet.
Though a copy of the writ petition was served upon the L.N. Mithila University on 22.12.2015 itself but no instruction has been received by learned counsel as yet.

Mithila University by filing a fresh representation setting out his claim. Thereafter, let the Registrar take a decision in accordance with law and admissible dues along with the statutory interest, if any, of the petitioner should be paid within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
