The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioners had attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant and thereafter assaulted her with but of the pistol. Further allegation is of commission of theft in the house of the informant and demand of ransom. Submission of the petitioners is that in fact the informant while cutting grass in the field of the petitioners had damaged the crops and for that reason simply occurrence of abuse and assault had taken place. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.48564 of 2016 (5) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/Successor Court in connection with Bhojpur Mahila Police Station Case No.19 of 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
