2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 1148 of 2022 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that suspension of the petitioner has been revoked in departmental proceeding.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP Sri J.N. Thakur has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that merely because of revocation of suspension of the petitioner in departmental proceeding, he should not be exonerated from the criminal proceeding.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this petition is rejected.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Nalanda, Biharsharif is directed to send a report about up-to-date progress in investigation. Office is directed to send a letter to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda, immediately.

6. List the matter on 11th July, 2024.
