====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Heard Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner is claiming herself as wife of respondent no.3 seeking a direction to pay half of the amount from the retiral benefits of respondent no.3, who superannuated from the post of Clerk, while working under respondent nos. 1 and 2, on 31.03.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if she may be allowed to file a representation before the respondent no.2 for ventilating her

Considering the prayer made on behalf learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation before respondent no.2 for redressal of her grievance.

If such representation is filed within a period of four weeks' from today, the respondent no.2 would be under obligation to consider her grievance within a further period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
