Both the counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the private respondent are idem and stated that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Certificate Officer to decide the objections filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 and pass final orders under Section 10 of the Act after giving them an opportunity of hearing.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present C.W.J.C. is disposed of directing the Certificate Officer to consider the objections filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Act and pass final orders under Section 10 of the Act after giving all the parties an opportunity of hearing. The Certificate Officer is directed to dispose of the proceedings pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petitions stands disposed of.
