The present petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondents to issue license to the petitioner for fair price shop for Mahesua Panchayat, Block Triveniganj, District Supaul, as she has been selected by the District Level Selection Committee vide order dated 20.07.2018 but till date license in Schedule-03 has not been issued.
Learned counsel for the State, at the outset submits
Patna High Court CWJC No.7472 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 that the present writ petition filed by the petitioner shall be treated as a representation and the matter will be looked into immediately by the Principle Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies Department. In case, it is found that there is element of truth in the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order shall be passed and disciplinary proceeding against the officers found guilty shall be initiated at the earliest, in any case, not later than four weeks. The writ petition stands disposed off.
