The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 273/15 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegation of firing and cross-firing made between two groups with illegal weapon causing fear in the society and obstructing the police in discharge of their official duty, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application
