JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2023 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, to dispose of the pending revision petition / appeal No. 27 of 2022, within a stipulated time frame. 2.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that in case, the petitioner has filed the aforesaid revision petition / appeal and the same is still pending, the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.7264 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 shall be disposed off within a stipulated time frame. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, to dispose off the aforesaid revision petition / appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
