2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioners and other are said to have concertedly committed the murder of informant's daughter for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and they have falsely been implicated in this

There is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners have no connection with the alleged occurrence whatsoever happened. He further submits that at the time of alleged occurrence petitioners were not present at the place of occurrence rather they were present in their Sasural. He further submits that petitioners are women and bear no criminal antecedent.

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners are women and bear no criminal antecedent, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021, subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29082 of 2024(2) dt.20-05-2024 3/3 conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
