Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegations have been levelled against co-accused, Ajay Singh and Harendra Singh. There is no injury caused by any fire arm. Petitioners are only alleged to be members of the mob.

Case No. 111 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
