The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr. Misc. No.13558 of 2012, which stood dismissed long back on 13.05.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade the Court that due to inadvertence of the bench clerk, the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23188 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 could not be marked.

However, fact remains that quashing application stood dismissed in the year 2014 and the present restoration petition has been filed on 09.04.2019 without any plausible explanation, and, as such, there is no reason to entertain such restoration petition.

The restoration petition stands dismissed.
