The application raises a grievance with respect to the result which was published by the respondent Bihar Public Service Commission in which the petitioner did not figure as a successful candidate for selection on the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) under OBC category.

Mr. Sanjay Pandey counsel for the BPSC, on instruction, states that the petitioner was subsequently considered and recommended by the BPSC in the year 2008.

In my view, the writ application has become infructuous.
