JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 A detailed counter affidavit has already been filed indicating two positions that the maternal grand-son (Nati) of erstwhile Chaukidar is not entitled to compassionate appointment and that the son of the deceased has already been appointed in Bihar Military Police as compensatory appointment.

In view of the same, the respondents have done no wrong by rejecting such claim for consideration.

Writ is dismissed.
