====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No.195 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant on account of scuffle between the parties, there is case and counter case. He further submits that both parties are co-villager and due to caste rivalry, the petitioners have been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23423 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 present case.

Considering the aforesaid fact that both the parties are co-villagers and also considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners named above in the event of surrender/arrest within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.195 of 2019.

The petitioners shall deposit Rs.10,000/- each in the court below and the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the petitioners shall abide by final outcome of the pending criminal case.
