2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she is in relationship with the petitioner and she has left her house on her own.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the statement of the victim girl

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29283 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023.
