2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals kidnapped the informant and his co-driver and took away the truck of the informant in which paddy was loaded.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
