The petitioners have been in custody since 24.12.2018 in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 506/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the drivers of the two vehicles which were alleged to be carrying liquor, were apprehended and were taken into custody though it was not to their knowledge that the items which have been loaded on the vehicle were containing such items of liquor as the bags in question were completely sealed.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IInd, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 506/2018. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
