This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 969.840 litre foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27183 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-1, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2022.
