Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.06.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21263 of 2016 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

For the reasons indicated in the modification application, the period of surrender granted under order dated 22.06.2016 is extended by further four weeks from today in connection with Rail P.S. DBG (SMI) Case No. 23/16, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway) 1st Class, Samastipur.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.06.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.
