The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S.Casae No.85 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is of kidnapping of the contractor working in Canal Construction Scheme by several armed persons. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during the course of investigation. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in two other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed against him and even the victim, who has been recovered, has not taken the name of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for more than six

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.case No.85 of 2017 with condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial and shall appear before the learned trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
