2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 21.02.2022 filed by the petitioner for taking appropriate decision with respect to his application for appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with policy decision.

3. The representation dated 21.02.2022 is stated to have been submitted to the respondent No.5 / The Block Development Officer, Manigachi Block, District Darbhanga, which has been annexed as Annexure 6 to the writ petition.

Learned State counsel, representing the respondent Nos.1 to 5, has submitted that since the prayer made by the petitioner is for disposal of the writ petition submitted to the respondent No.5 on 21.02.2022, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.5 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsels for the parties and in view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.5 / The Block Development Officer, Manigachi Block, District Darbhanga to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.02.2022 submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
