2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 20.925 litres of foreign liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is the registered owner of the motorcycle from which huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle from which huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
