Patna High Court CWJC No.8505 of 2014 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 order to enable the petitioner to move before the appropriate authority wherein he may seek relief against the order of suspension passed by the authorities of an Intermediate College, which is out and out a private institution.

That being so, this writ application is permitted to withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
