This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Navinagar Police Station Case No.106 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 207 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a Bolero. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that the he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
