2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to pay interest @ 12% to the petitioner over delayed payment of difference of arrears of salary amounting to Rs. 1,28,368/- which was accrued to him on 26.06.2002 but payment was made in the month of August, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed an application for redressal of his grievance on 17.01.2024 but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Director, Primary

Patna High Court CWJC No.7411 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 Education, Education Department, Vikash Bhawan, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of three months from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
