An identical issue was raised by one Sunil Besra, whose name also figures in Annexure-3, by filing C. W. J. C. No. 6962 of 2014, which was heard and allowed on 09.02.2015 by quashing Annexure-3, giving a direction upon the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner in terms and conditions of the contractual appointment, which was to subsist till 20th of February, 2014.

The present writ application is allowed in terms of C. W. J. C. No. 6962 of 2015.
